A sense of well being is happiness.
Absence of worries ensures happiness.
Good health is the yardstick for
happiness.
You are happy when you concentrate.
And when you contemplate or when
detached.
You are happy when sailing is smooth
Nostalgia can bring you happiness.
The pain centre and the ego centre
Are close to each other in the brain.
Ego can take care of pain for
alleviation.
To manage ego is to reduce pain.
