The so called great men

Virtuous by nature,

He has no need of goodness.

Being too great to resent,

He’ll have nothing to forgive.

Saying what others fear to,

He need not be no more frank.

In giving things not in use,

To those who can be useful,

He is no more generous.

Men are made great in histories

By men who are not self-made.
